COURSE SYLLABUS
COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course is designed to re-introduce the Paper Cutter Choke to BJJ players of all levels, and to teach a simple 3-step funnel to complete the choke at a high percentage. This course emphasizes strategic thinking and problem solving to allow players to enter and exit the 3-step process seamlessly in live training.
PREREQUISITES: Passion for improvement and critical thinking, active training opportunities to practice the Paper Cutter Choke process.
